Need to make your initial payment for coverage?

You will receive a letter in the mail that includes instructions. You will be given the option of paying online, by phone or by mailing in a payment. You can also access the binder payment portal here:

Have coverage already? Set up a Member Account.

New and renewing members who have made their initial (binder) payment can login to LIBERTY's member portal and access their invoices, schedule a payment, download an ID card, check eligibility status and benefits - all through one portal!

To set up a Member Account, click on “LOGIN” at the top of the screen and select “Member” from the drop down. Then select from the screen “Click here to create a new user...”.

Important: LIBERTY member numbers must include "-01" for the primary account holder. This appears on your ID Card.
