LIBERTY Has Launched a New Office Portal!

We listened to your feedback and we've added new features making it easier for you to manage your account.

To get started

  • The new portal training guide covering all functionality is available in the Resources section once you login.

  • Everyone will need to register for a new account, even if you already have an iTransact portal account. Access the link below and follow the instructions to setup your new account. Refer to the “Portal Help Guide” on the logon screen for help with account registration.

  • To register, you will need your Office Number and Access Code. These numbers can be found in your LIBERTY Welcome Letter.

The new portal includes all the same features as the iTransact Provider Portal, with new features added to improve your efficiency and portal experience.

A few key features include, but are not limited to:

  • Enhanced member search (allows for partial letters of last/first name or numbers to be entered and still find a match)
  • Exportable My Members to Microsoft Excel
  • Enhanced Eligibility results to confirm provider is contracted to see the member.
